Steps to forward multiple emails in Gmail

To send multiple emails, you must add a chrome extension “Multi Forward for Gmail“. Here is the step-by-step guide to doing so:

Step 1: First, install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Now go to your Gmail account.

Step 2: If you are already logged in to the extension, then accept, otherwise you must log in and allow this extension to access your Gmail page.

Step 3: Now select several emails from your inbox and click on the forwarding icon and when you pass it you will find multiple forwarders.

Step 4: Enter the emails where you want to forward the email. You can add multiple recipients no more than 100, which is great. Once you have entered the email addresses, click on “Multi Forward“.

Step 5: It takes a while to forward your email, but it will work safely.

Apparently, the Chrome extension does fine work. There is some limitation, you can only send 100 emails in a day. It does not work on Chromebooks.

Send emails through filters

If you do not want to use the third-party extension for security reasons, there is also another way. There is a native way in Gmail to send multiple emails in Gmail automatically. By using Gmail filters you can also do that. Well, here’s how to do it:

Step 1: First, log in to your Gmail account and go to Gmail Settings. On the Settings page, click the “Forwarding and POP / IMAP” tab. Here, click “Add forwarding address“.

Step 2: Then enter the recipient’s email address. A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. Click on the next one and enter the verification code and click on “Verify“.

Step 3: Next, make sure you have enabled the “Forward a copy …” option. Click the “create a filter” option.

Step 4: Now create a filter for the emails you want to forward to the email address you specified. You can also add a specific address in the “From” space to send multiple emails. You can also fill in the other space as, subject, attachment to filter the emails. Once done click on “create filter with this search“.

Step 5: On the next page, select the label “Apply label” and choose the address. And click on “Create Filter”. After these settings, the email is automatically forwarded to the selected person (email).

The chrome extension is a much better option for forwarding multiple emails in Gmail if you do not want to do it manually. Otherwise, the other filter method is also good. So, try it and let us know which way to work for you. If you have any other way, please let us know in the comments section.
