Acme Widgets inc. He has been in business for over ten years and has exchanged emails with thousands of customers and suppliers. Emails are archived correctly in Gmail, but most email addresses are not saved to Google Contacts. The company is changing offices and they need to inform everyone via e-mail moving the office.

Introducing Email Address Extractor, a Google add-on that scans all emails from your Gmail account, extracts email addresses and saves them during a Google spreadsheet. It works for every Gmail and Google Apps account.
The extractor will exploit the email addresses of a specific Gmail (label) folder or the entire mailbox. You will choose to extract the emails from the sender, the recipient (s) and those from the CC list. The add-in can also parse the subject of the message and the body of the message for the email addresses. This can be useful for extracting addresses from generic senders, such as PayPal emails or contact forms, wherever email addresses are contained in the body of the message.

How to extract email addresses in Gmail
You can follow the guide step by step.
Install the Gmail Extractor plug-in and grant the required permissions. The add-on wants to access Gmail and Google Drive to save the email list to a Google spreadsheet.
Go to the Add-ons menu within the Google Spreadsheet, choose Extract Email Address and click on Start to start the Extractor add-in.
Specify the search criteria and all emails that match the rule are analyzed by the extractor. You’ll use any of the Gmail Search operators to filter messages.
Next, choose the fields (a, de, cc, bcc) that should be analyzed for e-mail extraction (screen capture). The add-in can also extract sender and recipient names if they are available within the message header.
Click the “Start” button and the extractor can also start throwing emails in the spreadsheet. The entire process may take some time depending on the size of your Gmail mailbox.

The Google sheet should remain open and also the computer must be online during the extraction. If the connection is lost, or if the pull method is interrupted for a reason, simply click the “Resume” button and the puller can choose where it left off before.
If you return to Gmail, you will find a new label called Extracted. This keeps track of emails being processed and you can safely remove this tag after all the email addresses have been parsed and extracted.
The Google spreadsheet created by the Email Extractor add-on has 2 sheets – All emails & amp; Unique e-mails. The main sheet includes each individual email that is in your Gmail account, while the second sheet can be a clean list without any duplicate email. This can be the sheet that you must use to create your address book.
The free version of the add-in is fully included, but can only extract addresses of up to 500 threads of e-mail (one thread contains several emails). The premium version does not impose any such restrictions and entitles you to 90 days of supplementary support.
